Faith To The Apostles of God

Understanding Faith To The Apostles of God

Faith in the Messenger of Allah, including the four pillars of the faith of the six pillars that must be believed by every Muslim. The meaning of the faith of the apostles is to believe wholeheartedly that the apostles are the ones who have been chosen by God Almighty. to receive revelation from Him to be conveyed to all mankind to be used as guidelines for life to gain happiness in the world and the Hereafter.
According to Imam Baidhawi, the Apostle is one sent from God Almighty. with a new shari'ah to call people to Him. While the prophet is a man sent from God Almighty. to set (running) Shari'a previous messengers. As an example that the prophet Moses was a prophet as well as messengers. But the prophet Aaron was a prophet, because he was not given a new Shari'ah. He just continued or help spread the shariah which Moses brought the United States.
Regarding the identity of the apostle to be read in Q.S. Al Anbiya verse 7 and verse 78 of Al-believers, which means: "We do not send messengers before thee (Muhammad) but some men that we gave revelation to them, but ask yourselves to the people of knowledge if you do not to know. "(Surah al-Anbiya: 7)

"And verily we sent some messenger before thee: of them there that we tell to you and among them some are not we tell you. It can not be for a messenger to bring a miracle, but by the permission of Allah, and when it comes command of God, it was decided (all cases) with the fair. And when the losers people who hold on to the vanity. "(Q. S. Al-Mukmin: 78)

Definition of Faith in Allah

Definition of Faith in Allah
Faith in God is:
1. Confirmed with certainty the existence of God;
2. Confirmed by certain of His unity, both in his actions created the creature entirely, or in accepting worship Him all creatures;
3. Confirmed with certainty, that God is with all of nature is perfect, holy of all holy nature and lack of anything resembling for new (creature).
Thus the sense of faith in God, each of which are described in chapters to come.

Makrifat
It should be explained first, that justify the notion of faith as mentioned above, is a recognition that is based on makrifat. Because it seems necessary to first know the meaning and position makrifat it.
Makrifat is: "Know the Lord God said all the worlds" to know God, is with respect to all His creatures and watching all kinds of events in nature. Verily God created everything, everything will show "the existence of God." memakrifati God, then He has bestowed reason and thought. Intellect and mind it is an important tool for memakrifati Allah, the Most Holy Substance, Substance is not aligned and not similar. With his memakrifati grows faith and Islam. Makrifat that foster love, fear and hope. Cultivate humility 'and solemn in the human soul. That's why makrifat serve as the base of the obligation as determined by experts Religion science. Everything is set: "Awwaluddini, ma'rifatullah beginning of religion, is to know God." From this conclusion the authors az-Zubad wrap up his verse which reads:
The beginning of human duty, is to know the will of God with an unwavering conviction. In the meantime, it should be known, that makrifat which required it, is to identify the properties of Him and His names are known to al-Asmaul Husna (the names are beautiful and good). As for knowing the nature of His essence, not justified, because reasonable minds could not know the substance of God. Abul al-'Ukbary baqa in his Kulliyiat writes: "There are two Islamic dignity: (l) under the faith, which is claimed (pledge) with oral, although careful not to admit it, and (2) above faith, which is claimed by the tongue trust with your heart, and worked with members ".
Most of the scholars and experts Hanafiyah hadith specifies that only one faith and Islam. However, Abul Hasan al-Ash'ari said: Faith and Islam is different. "
Abu Mansur al-Maturidi argues that: "Islam is to know with certainty the existence of God, not to his kaifiyat her with something kaifiyat, with not equate him with anything from His creatures. The place that is this, is in the heart. Faith is to believe (know) His divine will and his place is in the chest (heart). Makrifat is to know God and His will all nature. The place is in the heart (Fuad). Tawhid is to know (believe ) God in His unity. The place is at the bottom of my heart and it was called a secret (sir).
These four ties, namely: Islam, faith, makrifat, and monotheist, not one nor different. If all four come together, then tegaklah Religion.

Definition of legal sources

Islam is a religion and way of life based on the Shari'a of God contained in the book of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. Every person who integrates himself to Islam is required to establish the whole life and is living under the Shari'a as detailed in the Qur'an and Sunnah. It is, as revealed by Yusuf Qaradawi, the divine law as stated in the Qur'an and Sunnah are the two pillars of strength of Muslim society and Islam is a way of life and social order that has an integral relationship, a comprehensive whole with life - Islam is ideally reflected in the dynamics of Islamic law is a law that completely covers.
Embodiment of Islamic law on the two main sources of Islamic law and the first adult is not as easy as turning the hand. Era mekanisasai and modernization have been put people become part of the development full of controversy, challenge and competition that led to the emergence of new values and needs for those who are no longer just simple. The existence of Islamic law that is consistent in principle and the principle is not necessarily static, but precisely should be flexible and to reduce the development and advancement of human life.
As Hasan Bisri lineked it is a re-actualization of Islam, which by and large is the emphasis on the embodiment of Islam with his reinterpretation of the source of Islamic law by using needs, situasai, and conditions today as a paradigm.
Based on the above, then the Muslims - especially Muslim intellectuals - are required to perform the reconstruction of the treasures of Islamic law through ijtihad innovative. For studies about the ijtihad will always be the actual, given the position and function of ijtihad in Islamic jurisprudence can not be separated with the products whose names fiqh and fiqh is always flexible and its development is directly proportional to the life and human needs.
But with the flexibility in Islamic law and demand that Islamic law should keep up to date and to reduce the development of community life - not mean or intended to Islamic teachings, especially fiqh (law) was not consistent, easy to follow the flow of time and are free to interpret al- Quran and Sunnah according to the needs of human life - so that the actualization of Islamic law through the door of ijtihad in practice to shift the qathi of the Quran and the Sunnah is only to give legitimacy of human interests, whether political, economic, social, legal and other claims under the pretext of humanism.
Based on this phenomenon, the authors consider that an understanding of the sources of law is radically through the lens of philosophy has a very high urgency in an effort to fortify the contemporary Islamic law but in the process of taking into account its legal pengistinbatan spirits with sharia, or other language not mortgaged-to-qathi the Islamic Shari'a (read: the Qur'an and Sunnah) is only to say that Islamic law is up to date and no outdated

SOURCES OF ISLAMIC LAW

Hadith literally means speech or conversation. In Islamic terminology the term means the hadith reported / recorded a statement and behavior of the Prophet Muhammad. However, at present experiencing the expansion of the meaning of the word hadith, which is equated with the sunnah, then it could mean all the words (word), deeds, assessment and approval of the Prophet Muhammad which made provision or law. education and information

Islamic law
Islamic Sharia is Islamic law and the rules that govern all life aspects of humanity, whether Muslim or non Muslim. In addition to containing the laws and rules, Islamic Law also contains a problem solving throughout life. So by sebahagian adherents of Islam, Islamic Law is a comprehensive guide and complete all problems of human life and the life of this world.
Related to the orderly arrangement of Shari'ah, Al-Quran Surah Al Ahzab verse 36 teaches that if Allah and His Apostle have decided a case, then Muslims are not allowed to take other provisions. Therefore, it is implicitly understood that if there is a case that Allah and His Messenger has not set its requirements then Muslims can decide that its provisions. Understanding the meaning is supported by the verse in Surat Al Maidah Sura 5:101 which states that things are not explained its provisions already forgiven God.
Thus the case faced by Muslims in our lives to God beribadahnya it can be simplified into two categories, namely what is referred to as cases that are included in the category of Personality Principle 'and the cases that fall into the category Furu' Personality '.
Principle of Personality '
That is the case that already exist and clear provisions in the Qur'an or Al Hadith. Position as the principal Islamic Shari'ah which the Holy Quran is the First Principle of Personality 'and Al Hadith that the Second Principle of Personality'. Nature, essentially tying the Muslims all over the world wherever located, since the Prophet Muhammad's ministry until the end of time, except in emergencies.
Emergencies in terms of Islamic religion is defined as a state that allows Muslims do not obey Islamic law, is a state of forced or in circumstances that endanger the physical and spiritual self, and the circumstances are unexpected or unwanted before, as well as in take advantage of these circumstances are not excessive. If the emergency was over then immediately returned to the applicable provisions of Shari'ah.
Furu 'Personality'
That is the case with no or unclear provisions in the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. Position sebaga Branch Islamic Shari'ah. Its basically not binding on all Muslims in the world except the local government received accept as rules / laws in force in the territory of its power.
Cases or issues that fall into Furu 'Personality' is also referred to as case ijtihadiyah.
