Faith in God is:

1. Confirmed with certainty the existence of God;
2. Confirmed by certain of His unity, both in his actions created the creature entirely, or in accepting worship Him all creatures;

Most of the scholars and experts Hanafiyah hadith specifies that only one faith and Islam. However, Abul Hasan al-Ash'ari said: Faith and Islam is different. "
Abu Mansur al-Maturidi argues that: "Islam is to know with certainty the existence of God, not to his kaifiyat her with something kaifiyat, with not equate him with anything from His creatures.
